Please obtain agreement from the client representative and typeface representative before submitting any changes. Emergency changes have a minimum turnaround of 12 hours, non emergency changes should be anticipated 48 hours before change window.
I acknowledge that backups are required before and after all changes. If these are not included in your maintenance contract, the cost is US$35 - US$55 (Out of Hours) per change and must be paid before the change date.
